He immigrated to France in 1976, where he married a French woman and established himself as a fashion designer. He often came to Pakistan and had established himself here as a businessman too. If he really wants to do something for the people he imm should keep 50 percent free treatment quota in his hospital for the poors n mediocre class. He should not make orphan house rather donate that money for the poor patients.
