The United States has raised concerns about India's growing ties with Russia. This comes amid Prime Minister Narendra Modi's two-day visit to Moscow. A State Department spokesperson also said, "We would hope that India and any other country when they engage with Russia would make clear that Russia should respect the UN Charter, should respect Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity."

I guess they(US) want to abuse him to make some unpopular decisions first, before he steps down. For example lowering the minimal age for obligatory military service. Then they probably plan to put someone favorable to them on the seat.

Review Civilian Footage of the missile attack on the children hospital in Kiev,slow down the frames substantially and see for yourselves...It was an air defence system missile that hit it and not a Russian missile at all ..Appears to be a failed Patriot or N.A.S.M missile .
