Editing Journey:
Fast and Furious dream trailers are always fun to make. I have grown to become a fan of the franchise. For the 11th installment my only wish is that they would bring back Bryan’s character to be played by Paul Walker’s brother Cody Walker. I focused this trailer trailer on Bryan this time, by showing Dom waking up and first thing he see’s is Bryan. Thanks to A.I I was able to make them talk to each other. Bryan says “Don't get up yet” then Dom “Bryan is that you? I miss you brother” then Bryan says “Hey Dom I miss you too brother” Which I intend to make it emotional for the audience. Then Dom says “Where is my son” Bryan says “Your son is safe”.
Then I gave Luke Hobbs some spotlight with the line “I need you and your family's help Dom. That's the only way we can take down Dante Reyes.” are always a treat to edit because of the fun of bringing the over the top aspect of the franchise. Then I made Dom says “Hobbs thanks for saving my brother Jakob, I owe you one.” Bring the idea that Jakob is still alive. I did this because I’m hoping we get to see John Cena and The Rock in the same screen for Fast movie for the first time. Then end with line from Dom and Bryan “Let’s end this once and for all, for family”.
