Kind of disappointed Tokyo Drift is Patreon only. I get it draws people to Patreon of course and you all deserve the money. But your watching a movie series. To have some not be on KZfaq is kinda frustrating. One of movies of course make sense. Don't get me wrong of course, if I had the money I'd be on Patreon without a doubt. Tokyo is my fav.

The was a short film which serves as a prequel to this movie called Los Bandaleros. It's completely in Spanish and shows the reason why they were stealing gas in the Dominican Republic

The car Dom drives in the opening scene is a Buick grand national, I had a friend that passed away that had a beautiful grand national, it would drive him absolutely crazy when someone would call it a Monte Carlo 😂

Not gonna lie... I actually really enjoyed this one. It tends to be glossed over, or sometimes even just shat on. But I thought this made for a great "re-quel"... a soft reboot, yet also a sequel; acknowledging that the past movies happened, but a slight shift into how these movies would be moving forward, with more of a focus on the crime & over-the-top action, and less on the street racing. This was the movie that helped put things in place: establish further how Han & Dom knew each other, get Letty where she needs to be, and finally get Dom & Brian on the same side. Justin Lin was just getting started with Tokyo Drift and this movie, before he kicked things up with Fast Five. Love it. Some of your guys' points about not feeling for certain things like Letty's death... that was definitely by design, as they knew they were gonna address story points like that in later movies.

@@umershaikh7179 Y'know what? Totally agree. Stepped up from the mere 10-second races of the first two, and "obstacle courses" of Tokyo Drift, having them have to follow route without any traffic stoppage. In terms of racing, it was never gonna get better than this so personally I was fine with them shifting the focus to action, and having racing in the later movies just be fun bits. Here, it's an actual element of the story.

I understand it's y'all's channel and you can do whatever you want and you need to save some reaction's for patreon and join member's only. Well the truth is the majority of us will probably never pay for any of that. So you dont start a saga and get almost half way through with it and then tell us, oh some of the reaction's will only be available if you pay. yeah so fast tokyo drift takes place the same time as fast 7 and this movie is the first movie to introduce Han but also there is a mini movie thats shows us when dom was on the run after fast 1 before this movie that is setting up this heist they are doing in this movie and we meet han and its called Los Bandoleros so the order for the movies is fast 1 2 4 5 6 3 7 8 9

This is the one where I completely decided to stop with this franchise because I was so bored in the climax of the movie with all the action that I fell asleep in the theaters. So then I didn't bother with Gast Five but then I ended up watching it since it was on tv or something and I was actually enjoyed that one. Fast 5 is where it peaked tbh

If you didn't know this the fast & Furious franchise buy almost every old school Dodge chargers possible it is estimated that a easily destroy over 100 cars of film my friend uncle had a Dodge charger 1976 and supposing Universal wanted to buy it off of him for almost 100k

I dunno, y’all. Dom got hit by a whole semi in the first movie and survived. He was destined to become a superhero. LOL. Pretty sure Michelle Rodriguez was busy with Avatar which is why Letty was written out like this. I think the filmmakers made a good decision to evolve the franchise. The gear head culture was super niche by 2009, so it was good to focus in on the heist aspect of the first two films. The next movie is considered the best of the franchise and one of the best action movies.

It's truly amazing how many times Han died and still keeps appearing. At least when Paul Walker died for real he couldn't come back. It was only worth watching this franchise when Paul was in it.
