This is the full story of Brian's GT-R (from 2 Fast 2 Furious) as told by the guy that created it.
In the video, I tell the story of how I built this GT-R to serve as sponsor showpiece and show car. Universal selected this car for use in 2 Fast 2 Furious.

funny same here.. maybe its made on purpose that we get to know what was real or fake and how things were done cause if we knew that earlier the movies wouldnt have such a good reputation and the sells might have been much worse than they were. for example the fact that they used only 1 real gtr in the fourth movie. i thought 2 fast 2 furious had gtt's and less real gtrs. after theyve done their job and made enough profit now we know some more details. never mind they did their job good and i still love the franchise. gotta admit though 2 fast 2 furious was the real deal. i love the other movies as well but they are not what they are meant to be

Hey Craig, I just wanted to say thanks for making these videos. It's so interesting how you have the same taste in modifications as a lot of today's tuners when it comes to JDM cars and how the movies took it to a whole another level of weird when it came to cosmetics. I would've love to have seen the cars the way you wanted them to look like. Anyways thanks again for the huge fan service

Paintjob basically goes like this If you weren't insane about cars or you were a child when this movie came out, then you thought this paintjob looked cool. But if you worked on cars for a living or you were heavy in the tuning scene when this movie came out, then you thought this was the Antichrist on wheels.

4:00 Craig mate, I disagree with you about the muscle car stripes. Down this way in New Zealand, car culture is predominantly Ford vs Holden (GM) V8's. Having the Skyline with the bold racing stripes gave it cred amongst the bogan street racers down here, where the Supra Gladiator looked too Ricer, the Skyline looked buff and aggressive.

Thank You man. And IMO, I fell in love with the car because of how it looked, sounded and performed in the movie so the stripes were pretty awesome. (I was around 5 years old at the time) and guess what, i still love the movie look. [Your look of the car was also pretty damn awesome] And those people who didn't like the movie and cars are either eating their words or living with heavy regret considering how iconic these cars are now.

I always wondered why the nitrous tanks looked dusty. Just CF. Also, the Millennium Jade GTR from the 2F2F Prelude. Where did that one come from? One more is when was Blackbird in Oregon? I used to hear about a black GTR from some older guys at shows, and I'm guessing it was yours.
