Nice vid but there is a slightly faster method that has been around since the last update and still works now. It’s using refiners to dupe and you can do it without needing to reload saves, you just open the refiner each time you want more of the duped item. I don’t think anyone has made a follow up video of this glitch for the new update so you could be the first.

If you use tainted metal it will smelt 4k nanites in the output in 12 minutes then you can place 2 portable refiners next to the smelted and pick them up to triple your profits roughly 12k nanites per refiner

I dunno, currently I'm having fun killing Sentinals for Salvaged Glass. It's something along the line of 4-6k per 5 waves. Then you just reload and fight some more. If you don't want to reload you can also leave the summoner sentinels alive and they'll keep spawning in enough to keep the salvaged glass drops decent. For example I just did a run, took 9 minutes to do the 5 waves. I got 5,273 nanites (including modules/pugneum.) and 332,400 units worth of other junk. With better weapons you could probably get that down to 6-7 minutes. So just another option.

Something even better than this is either duping upgrade modules using this method or the refiner method and selling the modules at a space station. Fill up your inventory and ship with a S class module of any kind and go and sell them for loads of nanites. You can easily do this and earn 10k to 40k nanites each run. This is only limited by your inventory slots available I suggest scraping some ships at the space station too to dupe some storage augmentations and get more slots that way. Once you get enough nanites, work on your units until you can get a 100 - 120m ship. Buy and scrap the ship get and sell everything except the AI Valve Scrap as its 50m per. Dupe the AI scrap and you can easily make a surplus of nanites and units after this is patched as well as reach max currency. A full stack is 250m units. Edit: I also suggest keeping at least one stack of any item you want to keep duping, this is to prevent you from selling all of that item you have. That way you don't have to find, craft, or whatever to make more.

You would still have to collect all that salvaged Data. At the moment collecting all that would take me 2 or more hours. I just use Runway Mould. I do have a lot of Sentinal glass which you can change into Technology for your Exosuit, I think you can sell it off for nanites as well.

Seems a better method is to use Larval Cores (Can easily be found using distress cartographical data). A large abandoned building will net you ~1250 nanites each.

Can you use this glitch to duplicate anything else? Like runaway mold or chlorine? Also how to do it with out exocraft I’ve just started. Thank you

Thats insane. It must be taking advantage of a countermeasure they added to keep players from duping between eachother. Its kind of ironic that by patching up an exploit they created an even easier method of duping!

Anyone know why I can’t sell my manifest logs and captains logs to the scrap dealer after multiple derelict freighter runs?

Tainted Metal is the way to go.

Sadly, I blew it. I was trying this and had just a little bit more Salvaged Data than you had there, But I must have missed saving the game after moving them to my exocraft. When I reloaded, I was back where I logged in at to start and didn't have ANY salvaged Data anywhere. 😂
