There had to be some pockets of heavy rain because your meteorology department put the island under a Flash Flood Watch. Of course, doesn’t have mean most got it. -Rusty

Correct, this is a tropical wave, not a tropical disturbance that could develop. Tropical waves are not organized, but can still bring heavy rain and gusty winds. -Rusty
