An option when you have your TAG possessed would have been to use somebody to Look Out the Daleth. Then the Daleth could have flashed pulsed the Marut. IF it gets through the TAG is useless(mostly) until end of turn, when it loses Stun. Then it is all fresh on your turn to use a command token to unpossess it. Bit of arm chair coaching, but I may or may not have had similar experiences with Marut... multiple times. Great video, keep up the good work.

Well, that was painful to watch!🫣 I think Atalanta could've made an Alert ARO to turn and face the Marut when it was shooting at the remotes behind the building she was on. I always forget about this rule! Isn't hindsight a wonderful thing...!

That was indeed quite the game, I can see how it brought forward last weeks discussion topic, my sympathies Claw you had the right to be salty. In general the TAGs need a lot of support, given the investment they are, beyond having engineers a hacking support and a plan for them been taken over by the opponent is important, such as having them always in your repeater range, and a good hacker or two ready to take them over with the first order spend on them, or indeed having a cheap unit, like a Peripheral (servant), in silhouette contact stopping them from doing anything, as their opponent taking them over makes them been automatically in engaged state.

Cruel, evil and mean, just three of the plaudits won for the Nomads! once the army lists were revealed and Storm won the initial roll, I guess you could see which way things were going to go. Very enjoyable for the neutral fan though. Next one could be a grudge match...

It may be that this game throws up the question of how to build a 300 point list when you don't know what the composition of your opponents army, or even what the faction will be. Do you try to cover all bases and have a bit of everything or try to use a specific plan (take a TAG and several remotes) to get the best elements of your army to work?

Ouch, Claw. That was a list mismatch. In the future, when dealing with being hacked by repeaters, remember two things that are clearer with the new 2.0 rules: 1. If you can ARO, you can Dodge (Page 83). So if you think you can tank a hacking attack, it might be best to try to dodge out of repeater range. 2. If you are ever forced to make a saving roll, you can use Guts to move "he danger zone or Area of Effect of Attacks that did not require LoF" (Page 45). So you could have Guts out of the hacking area after you saved against the first. Also, Stormshroud, Nomads never feel guilty!
