What to do with Spinach? Spinach Sautéed in Olive Oil and Garlic - Garden to Table
Hello friends,
Today I'm harvesting the spinach I planted 6 weeks ago. It's time to get them out of the ground! Springs and summers come early in the Arizona desert and the temperatures speed up the growth.
I'm preparing the spinach the "Spanish" way, with olive oil and LOTS of garlic!
Spinach is a superfood! Give it a try! It's so easy to prepare.
