If you don't care about trophies, just farm with hero by using the abilities (fireball, earthquake boots, giant arrow, seeking shield...)

If you dont care about trophies, just use GA on queen and line up shots to maximise how much you get and leave. Yes you drop trophies quickly but you gain medals at an insane rate
