I don’t do abs cause I have stomach issues but you guys can incorporate it.
My Workout Exercises for three days:
Push Day
(Chest) :
Incline press 4 sets each reps till failure
Machine Incline press 3-4 Sets, reps till failure
Machine chest press 3-4 sets reps till failure
Seated pec fly machine 3 sets 10-12 reps
Cable flys 4 sets 12-15 reps
(Shoulder):
Machine Shoulder Press 4 sets, reps till failure
Lateral raises 3-4 sets, reps till failure
(Tricep):
Tricep rope pushdown 3-4 sets, reps till failure
Pull day
(Bicep):
Do the following 3 together if you can:
1. Hammer curls 3 sets, reps till failure
2. Ez Bar curl 3 sets, reps till failure
3. Diamond Push up, 15-20 reps
(Tricep):
Overhead tricep extension, 3 sets, reps till failure
Tricep rope pushdown, 3 sets, till failure
(Back):
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown, 3 sets, 10 reps or till failure
Close grip lat pulldown, 3 sets, 10 reps or till failure
Close grip rows on machine, 3-4 sets, 10-12 reps
Back fly machine, 3 sets, 10 to 12 reps
Leg day
(Legs):
Leg press, 5-6 sets, 10 reps
Hack squats, 3 sets, 10 reps
Leg extension machine, 3 sets, 10-12 reps
Seated calve raise, 3 sets, 10-12 reps
Dumbbell lunges, 3 sets, 6-7 reps each leg
(Shoulder):
Machine Shoulder Press 5 sets, reps till failure
Lateral raises 4 sets, reps till failure
Arnold Press, 3 sets, 10 reps (Sometimes)
Then repeat.

A great video Musa Bhai! I would like to say that aside from machine, I think heavy compound lifts would do good in this case too. You see , Toji has much athletic body with bodybuilding aesthetics. So doing stuff like Deadlifting, Weighted Pullups, Standing Shoulder Press, and more, will surely surely help a lot more than just using machines. I would even say that Pullups are much better than Lat Pulldowns at this point.

Bro I’d say also lift heavy sometimes with your boxing. For example do incline bench preschool, squats or leg press. Lay pull down. Just the main exercises. Also eat frequent meals. 4 to 5. Should be clean diet though.

To sum it up. Focus on Wide Shoulders, Wide Back, and Mainly Arms. Push Pull Leg is the best split for it.

Chiropractor say check karwao bro. Apply healing ointment and hamper pad on shoulder every night. Let it rest. When you feel better then start light and start going up

Good question. Without supplements impossible nai. The supplements I talked about in the video just let me do more exercise than I should. Doesn’t mean they are the reason I get my results. Diet and exercise on point rakho you’ll see results

No start gym and don’t gain weight Awein. Lift heavy according to your capacity. Eat more frequent meals. 4 say 5 time daily. Good amount of protein and fats. Carbs control May

Totally disagree with his point of heavy weight if you do 18 reps with minimum weight so got failure with build good movementum you can get good pump and u feel burn as well.

@@alltimemassti5123 doesn't matter if you're only 16 my bro, lifting heavy doesn't refer to a specfic weight, you lift whatever weight you find heavy. Only eating and no lifting will either make you fat or won't give you any progress
