Actually it's very easy, open cheat engine, select the process (acs.exe), and then use the speed hack tool

No, it was me, but I played at 0.2x speed using Cheat Engine software. The replay is full speed. This process is for testing car limits rather than mine

That's not about my car though. Sadly there are ways of cheating those times, by editing track grip, or the car they're using. Cheat engine won't give them a time advantage, only a precision advantage, and may even be worse for some things to play slower on cars that aren't reflexes sensitive as this car is

Yeah. There are people who change the grip available in tracks cheating lap times sadly. I think this laptime wasn't recorded because I didn't have RSR running though. After all it wasn't my objective to upload it. Without rallenty I managed to do an invalid 2 minutes and 15 seconds, however

What does take-off track mean? Sorry I'm not native. If you mean that the car easily takes off the ground, it's the opposite actually, compared to tracks like the nordschleife, where there is constant risk of flying away lol
