is the tailight in the frame or just between it and the seat?

The tail light is between the seat and the frame. It is an MK Designs India full length tail tidy kit and an MK Designs India basic Cafe Racer seat without cowl. But the tail tidy works with other seats as well.

What’s the rpm’s looking like at highway speeds with the upgraded front sprocket?

It knocked it down about 400-500 RPM per front sprocket tooth added on the highway in the higher gears. When I had the 17 tooth sprocket, I could do 65 in 4th gear at 4500 RPM. I have since gone to a 16 tooth to get some of the torque back.
