Basically, The three study strategies are: 1. Manage your time '5' min a day. (Make a schedule in the morning about topics that you have to study about) 2. Declare war on procastination. (Decide or train your mind that you would not delay things) There are four methods for this: A. Keep a work progress journal. B. Feed the machine. (Have a good diet, without it, you would not be able to remember anything) To follow the second method: [A] Never skip a meal. [B] Hydrate yourself. [C] Good diet. Make an event out of work task. You know what they say, "If you feel any task is boring, make a big event." 3. Choose your hard day. WHEN TO STUDY? Mornings! They are fresh! Before 9:00pm. (It actually depends upon you. Like, at what time do you get the motivation to study?) WHERE TO STUDY? Isolation! You can self study! (Basically a place where there is no disturbance.) FOR HOW MUCH TIME WILL I HAVE TO STUDY? After studying for an hour, take a 15-20min break. The above strategies are the strategies which are in the video.......... I hope you find this affective. ⬇Don't forget to like!!!!
