It still works. And an extra tip. If you stay in the garage, the plant projectiles have trouble hitting you. They can't seem to make it through the garage entrance. Be careful though, if plants get inside the garage they can hurt you

This combined with the invincibility glitch is a fast way to level up zombies. To do it with plants you have to make a Zombie Rose with the team swap glitch and gotify the Zombie Rose as soon as it is created. Also you can level up Roses and Imps quickly by the exploit of doing Herbal Assault where the mech. keeps destroying the teleporter by just standing next to it and the rose can keep creating new ones. I like doing this with Roses because I am not very good at playing with Roses.

For those of you that still are trying to use this, it absolutely works. If you pair it with the invisibility glitch, it is absolutely fantasic i completely maxed out a character 50 levels in an hour

You'll be unstoppable if both of you are scientists

You can also add the invincibility glitch by pressing interact and options at the same time on the decorations in your backyard

This still works end of 2021. Although I thought it didn’t because it took long to turn into a goat. Tip, the garage makes it much easier (read that off another comment and tried it). Also, another big tip (spoiler to story mode), if you finished plants story mode and became a leaf agent then the car is elevated when doing this glitch, making it almost impossible to die, even for a not so good player. The only 2 bosses that can get inside (all be it very very rarely). Is the laser bean and grumpy (tree). And they can only get in if they teleport or do their rush attack at the right distance and angle. But this wasn’t a problem for me because tank soldier makes easy work of the laser bean, and the rpg almost 1 taps every boss, if they are slightly shy of full health they will almost allways get 1 tapped.

Guys there's a way with plants as well. You need split screen then team swap a rose to zombies and then do the glitch.

You can still do the invincibility glitch just do that then hop on the opposing teams base and reign havoc on them. In my opinion a lot easier because you don’t have to worry about dying and you can do the same glitch that he just said to speed it up even faster.

The way to do this on the plant side is to do the team swap glitch with a rose. Then pick the plant that you want to rank up have the team swapped rose turn the plants into a goat as soon as the flag of power runs out

I was playing as Z7Imp tonight for 4 hours, and I already promoted twice, just go into the enemies base and kill the bosses, when you're low health just go in the garage and they go outside and they won't kill you as long as you're behind the car. once full run back out and repeat. levels pretty easy.

To make it even better there's an invincibility glitch too. You just go to a zombie statue that you can customize, press B (Xbox One) and start and at the same time, press B again and walk away and now you're now invincible and can't take damage

So when you have both of them active at once, you are TRULY golden. 😊🌟🏆🎖🏅🥇 OH, and if you're alone, just take your 2nd controller and switch to split-screen mode, go to plants side and select the Rose for Player 2, and your selected Zombie for Player 1, and then do the damage buff glitch. Easy. 😁👌

I feel like this is a bit too much of an exploit for xp, so here’s what I just came up instead, when you’re with atleast 2 of your friends, one of you can do the glitch an de get the buff while the others stay as plants, then the game can turn into some sort of juggernaut mode, which makes it fun for everyone, right?

I have got poison brains in 30min to master. I was standing in the spawn of the plant boses without buff it works really good

Honestly In My Opinion, The Best Way To Do It Is Available On Plants and Zombies, (It's For A God Mode Glitch) All You Do Is Get 3 Stars, Go To Plants Or Zombies Home base, and "Clean Rubble" Near the Entrance Of the Plants Main Door, Or Zombies Stat Room, Then Press B (Xbox) Or O (PS4) And The 2 Square Icon (Xbox) Or Options (PS4) Buttons On The Controller At The Same Time, Then It Should Bring Up 3rd Person Customizing The Statue While In The Pause Menu, Then If You Are, You've Done The Glitch Correctly,( That Means You Should Be In God Mode) It May Take A Few Trys, But If You Do This With Zombies, Avoid Roses Cause They Can Goatify You And You Will Be Back To Normal, And For Plants And Zombies, Avoid Going Outside Of The Backyard (AKA, To Do Missions, Or Multiplayer Quest, Or Talking To Any AI, (Example Hidey), If You're A Plant While Doing This You Have No Worries, Just Stay The Backyard, And Etc, I'd Appreciate It If You Like This Comment So Other People Can See It.

To do this better, do the invincibility glitch and reach roses and then wait for them to nearly capture the hop back in then wait for them to gratify let them capture go into plant base go into crazy Dave place since they can’t kill you even if you lose invincibility they can’t come in other than certain characters. I get so much so and this was insane.

There is second part which gives you more power but you'll have to have a friend or a guest the the plants Rai's the flag and you do it the other way around and the giant structure you can change (near the world globe) you change it and click on the menu at the same time then get hit by a plant to test it out and see if you are invincible (you can never die and works for plants suck cause the plants can't use the flag glitch)

there is a way to fix dieing. you know the backyard items, press b and pause at the same time and you will be invinsible

Extra glitch with this is a invincibility glitch to keep the damage buff so when you go to a statue on zombies you can press X and options at the same time on the statue and you will get invincibility

I went into turf with my multiplier on 2x and I was super elite level 7 with toxic brains and you got almost the amount of xp when you killed 3 bosses

I do this glitch all the time without even watching the vid and you can do this twice but plants raise flag second time (friend required) I did this with all my superbrainz'

My friend shown me this trick today. It took me 5hrs and 40 minutes to max out Dr.Toxic

I've been doing this awesome glitch for a couple months now and I use God's mode as well so you never die but watch out for roses with their goatify ability and more that gets u out of it and yes it still works 100%

The fastest way to rank up is to go in private mode team vanquish with 3 people and you have 2 scientists or 2 sunflowers that keep reviving each other as you kill them, they will get 1/4 the xp that you do because you kill one the other one revives, you then kill that one. This way is good because you don't lose time with the protection you get when you get revived the game will never end because the revivers never respawn they only get revived.

If you do the glitch to take no damage then it’ll be easyer except the fact if you get giatifiad you’ll take damage again

You can do it on the plant side when you do the team swap glitch in the backyard as a rose and get goatyfied by an other rose(a friend) than you are a zombie rose and you can goatyfie plants ;) And i think it is not a crime doing the Team Swap Glitch in the Backyard

Here's a fun thing to make it even easier, if you do the invincibility glitch with this one you can easily level up with no risk of dying 🙂

A way To make it easier is to use the invincibility glitch after raising the flag and then do this glitch

Only burn damage can take away ur heal when invincible?

I tryed to do this with the Hover Goat-3000 but considering that he's already a goat, he can't be goatified 😂
