Very good. Same crossover twist collate also works for garden hose, ski rope and anchor rope. The crossover keeps coils on top from getting under coils below.

Also works for heavy electrical, fiber optic, and antenna cables. The only difference is the size of the loops.

@@briangrimm2165 : You are correct. I was electrical engineer and contractor for 50 years and used the technique often but I didn't mention your examples because most people on this channel wouldn't relate to what we know. Thank you for the comment good sir.

Hi, I find these videos interesting, and just because the Guy's name was miss spoken doesn't team that anyone was being disrespectful. Names are hard to say sometimes, what is important is that he was given the credit for his work. One can not know everyone or site where someones work is shown.

ROFL… I have been tying my 95 cord and all of my rat tail cords like that for years…. Never thought about typing my 550 cord like that though… I may have to try that with the cords I don’t have cord winders for!

"A guy named Mors Kochanski"... that's just disrespectful bud. The late, great Mors Kochanski was the godfather of bushcraft. Ray Meares, Les Stroud,... everybody tips their hat to him and rightly so. He past just a short time ago. His quick hank wasn't a mod of your method... yours was a modification of his. You can't throw out a name like Mors Kochanski and not mention his incredible legacy.

Please pardon my ignorance. He seems like such a cool person! I was unaware just how influential he was. I certainly was not claiming he adapted our method. His version is merely new to me. I am certain he was using this before I was even talking. 😉
