I'm at the npc but when i clicked on her i didn't get the same thing you got. Do i need to purchase Legion version?> I just bought shadowlands and jumped right into wow.

I have a question, I have a lvl 50+ character how would I go about starting this quest? I can't talk to chromie since I'm too high of a lvl is their a way around it?

Thanks for the guide! i logged in on my old charecter, lvl 45 and i can only get the quest 'whispers of a frigtened world' from khadgar even though im exhalted with all of the classes. i dont see him at krauses landing either but i do have the lightforged beacon open on krauses landing that takes you to argus. do you know how i get the quest to begin uniting the isles? thank you :)

I dont know if they changed it since your video but what i did was just do all the dailys and a few random quest, got friendly instantly, then went to khadgar and got hand of fate

Obviously you can't use Chromie time but can you go back and do this storyline in Shadowlands? I'm gunna see. Thanks again.

I picked the quest one the town board adventurers wanted: chromies call. Went to her and selected Legion timeline.. not sure if I'm missing something..

hi great vid ty, I misssed one step I didnt go back to dalaran before choosing an area of the broken isles to start in now khadgar isnt where he is in your video he flew me to the starting legeion zone I picked and he went back to dala now he doest have those quests he has in your video have I messsed it up?

I have a Pandarian Monk and my class quest that I get from Dalarn doesn't involve choosing a zone... should I still do it, or skip and just run around the different zones doing quests until I get Friendly?

Hello you will probably not answer, but i am having trouble. I started following this tutorial when i was lvl 48 and turned lvl 50 mid quest. I got all the reputation now but i cant seem to find the Magic message mission.

Chromie has absolutely nothing for me. New Alliance Character boosted to 60 in Dragonflight. I chose the starting area you mentioned in character creation. Any thoughts?

Hi I was wondering where to begin and your video helps a lot. I have been watching for so many videos and this is the only video that provide a clearer information with all those prerequisites. I have a question: do I need to go dungeon when questing? or do I need to lock my character at certain level so that I can access to the dungeon?

Glad it helped! And no i dont think any dungeons are required and you dont need to lock at any certain level but you do need to be lvl 45 to complete the whole quest chain. If chromie doesn't offer a quest you can take the portal to Aszuna and go to Dalaran from there. Hope this helps!

what stormwind tutorial quest? do I have to level a certain alliance race to get that? I have a 45 horde..cant unlock with that I guess?

You can unlock the same achievements on Horde. This video was just made in the perspective of a new Alliance player

can't you just start lvling from like 25 so you're friendly with all until you reach lvl 45 and then take the quest "the hand of fate" ? or do you really need to wait until lvl 45??

You might want to update that you need to do BFA first, as you can't use Chromie if you are new to WoW.

You can just head to Azuna through the portal in the portal room and fly up to dalaran.

ok so i have a question i cant seem to find the answer to. when i started the quest " Uniting the Isles" it allowed me to immediately turn it in. i never traveled anywhere or gained rep, and ive never played legion before. i went and moved on to "magic message" and am doing that, but am i missing something here? i never gained faction rep.

Yeah have to continue on the quests in Surumar with Thalyssra. Have you played legion on another character before ? or have you boosted a character ? maybe thats why you were able to skip a few things

@@Nyhxius back in BFA i got a free boost. so maybe thats it? ive never played legion before this. it eventually just took me argus, so im doing that campaign now. hopefully nothing weird ends up happening!

@@Nyhxius Update: it didnt effect anything in this guide, aside from i didnt need to gain rep in any zone except the nightfallen. Voidelf AND light Drenai are both looking good! thanks again!

I just tried this, and I dont know why the "uniting the isle" quest is not popping up for me. I followed ur steps exactly: class order hall tell me to pick a map, i didn't pick it, go back to dalaran and find Khadgar, no quest popping up~

If I bought WoW prior to shadowlands, if I bought shadowlands now would I be able to do this quest route. My character already lvl 50.

Yep! i think your adventures would just skip straight to new dalaran. everything before it is pretty much for new players.

Yeah you need to be 45 in order to complete the whole thing. The Hand of Fate quest doesn't pop up before that. Yeah unfortunately allied races are not included in the started edition :(

@@Nyhxius so would a character made through a boost be able to dive right into these allied race unlocks, and roughly how much actual time would that take? I really just want to get into the 1-60 leveling experience, but wanted to do most of that questing on an actual Void Elf.

@@hildebrand2252 yep, you could boost a character and get straight to unlocking the void elves. Tho not sure chromie time is available still at 50. But that's no issue as you can still reach new dalaran through the Aszuna portal in the portal room

Chromie will most likely not have a quest for you, You should be able to just go through the portal of Aszuna and start from there. You can fly to dalaran from Aszuna

Well. I gave up. In 9.2 you can't actually gain the Velarjar reputation to friendly... coz all the blue World Quest is not working, they are not on the map at all... and there are NONE velarjar normal quest... unless you still got bunch of friends willing to grind the dungeon just for the reps...

Nope! None of yhe allied races require rep anymore. Just quest requirements

@@Nyhxius my friend said the chromie quest did not lead him to Dalaran ( I didn't do it myself caus I am Demon Hunter and got my class hall through tutorial). And the table where you can choose which race you want friendly does not exist for me I can only send heroes to missions there. But I can start the quest different. For example there is a big black crow on the landing zone which lead me to the area with the giants in the east than I was able to quest there.

@@Evilschlitz the legion campaign quest should always lead you to dalaran as it's part of the story. Not sure what your friend did differently

This is one of the most bs grinds I’ve ever done in wow hands down It’s baffling that the most popular mmo ever created lacks so many well informed guides Especially with this one.. you’d think unlocking 8 races would be a huge deal and everyone would know exactly what to do But when you google this you get 20-30 quest chains and people saying different requirements are necessary when so far in my own experience (currently on “the burning heart” chain in Argus) 90% of how things go and in which order you receive quest has been completely different from every guide I’ve looked up

Oh hey just wanna let ppl know something I’m only just unfortunately figuring out now But as a frost mage you absolutely have to pick “icy veins” If you wanna go down the centre to “icy propulsion” which is a must rn for PvP So the damage not delaying spellcasts for this race is basically useless as a mage 👍 Which I’m sure like myself is why a lot of people even went after unlocking this race in the first place
