I brought the Fastrax Roto- start, it does not have instructions for the engine part but for the starter strip down. I hope this helps anyone who buys one, but it's what I could workout how it worked and how I put it on.
This video is for 14 years old and older. These Rc vehicles are dangerous as there are fast moving parts and hot parts that can burn.

The arm did not mind the pulling it was more blisters it caused after a while 🙂

Good instructional video Mal. Very handy for others to follow if they need help. The lack of instructions with this starter is poor from Fastrax. Especially regarding the spring. When you tested it at the end of the video it did look like it could be easier to use the starter if the hole was on the other side. When you put the starter shaft throught at that position it didn't look like there was such an angle. My apologies if I'm wrong. It could've been the position of the camera making it look like that?

I fitted it to match the mount on the engine, I could move it but the starter works fine like it so not too worried. There are other ones where the starter is one side so had 4 screws so can be mounted any way with ease. If it does become an issue I will change it.
