Hello everyone! First off I need to say a sinciere thank you again for all of your support! I have had a lot of questions about tuning plates and how I use mine.
I made a video trying to best explain how I set up my tuning plates when smoking on my Lone Star Grillz pit. I hope this helps you all out at least a little. I am sorry I forgot to grab footage as I was cooking my brisket. I was tired and had all of my equipment put away.
Thanks again and please dont forget to like share and subscribe.

Eric good to hear from you. The video was great thats the first Ive seen someone actually show the plates and show how to space them, for the cause and effect of temperatures across pit.

Hey Fat E's BBQ!!!! I'm a new subscriber and I must say, I'm totally hooked on your videos!!! I absolutely love how genuine and honest that you are, that's so refreshing to see on KZfaq which is filled with so many FAKE people making FAKE videos!!! I've always loved to BBQ but I'm nowhere near your expertise but I'm working on it! Keep making these great videos bro and I'll keep watching. I'm planning on taking a trip soon to go visit my sister who also lives in San Antonio, I'd love to come by and learn some stuff from you while I'm there. Yes I know that sounds creepy, but I'm just a huge fan of BBQ and I love learning from people like you!

I’m a new subscriber, and I really enjoy your videos. One question I have is, how do you clean your LSG after a cooked? In watching your videos, the exterior and your grates are immaculate. What’s your process? A video covering this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Bruh!

Hello Boss. Love ur videos. Quick question. Wanted to ask how you transport the LSG if you wanna do.a cook out off premises? Do you drag it using its own wheels or you lift it into something else on wheels?

Hi Fat E, when you are managing your heat, do you try to maintain 250 the entire time, or do you take averages?. For instance, do you get the heat up to 275 and then let it drop to 225 before you add another log?

What’s up Fat E? Big Chris out of Kansas City. Are you running your firebox door and chimney wide open? I usually do but I’m still running a lot hotter by my chimney than my firebox. My next move is to shut the firebox door but leave the vents open. My only worry is less oxygen causing dirtier smoke. Trial and error method 🤞🏼

I know this is a old video but I really like it I've been doing offsets for a while You know these are a little on the smaller side compared to the great big ones and they can't handle the big fires and I think if you run the tuning plates right you can run a big fire Is that right

Had one of these and noticed too much radiant cooking above the tuning plates. Proper drafting and top flow eliminates the need for tuning plates.

Great vid! The only issue I have with your otherwise outstanding vid is your heavy Uzbekistani accent. Maybe you could remove the dialogue from your vids and feature vignettes of traditional Uzbekistani folk dancing? Also for a folk dancing channel, I don't quite comprehend why you spend so much time on cooking. I love ethnic cooking but maybe less cooking and more dancing.
