Mysonne is such an under appreciated lyricist

I was raised in a town that was and still is 99% white. I wasn't raised to be prejudice. I just wasn't exposed to different races or cultures. I was 6 yrs old when we moved here in '77. My parents sold their tiny home on their tiny lot in Florida and bought 10 acres in Tennessee. They were able to build a 3 story house and didn't owe a cent when it was finished. Pretty smart move if you ask me however, like I said, it left us pretty isolated as far as different cultures were concerned. So, needless to say, I've never listened to much rap other than the commercialized stuff that hits the top 40. I found your channel a while ago when I was searching for a Chris Stapleton video. It was the Tennessee Whiskey version with Justin at the CMAs. By the way, I wish you guys had reacted to that one including the next song Can't Drink you Away. I think it's so much better than the original. Back to the subject, I see this video of 2 black guys listening to and giving their opinion of this country music video. My first thought was that you wouldn't even give it a chance... but you did. You were "free thinkers". I was truly impressed! I thought, if they can do it, I can do it. Since then I've watched several of your videos. Many, including this one, that I never would've found or been exposed to without you guys but even though I can't relate to Mysonne's upbringing or lifestyle, I can appreciate his obvious talent. His message is universal and actually, it's pretty biblical. My point is, I want to thank you Lost in Vegas for your open mindedness. You're obviously knowledgeable of music. I'm from a musical family so I appreciate the way you break things down as far as instruments, melodies, rhythms, beats and such. You've made a fan out of me. In this world of hostility and segregation you 2 are bringing ppl together and once again, thank you!

I've never heard of Mysonne. I was sleeping on him. NO LONGER! I probably wouldn't have ever heard him if you guys didn't react to him. He didn't need to speak in hip hop terms, or some other subculture to get his message across. In just plain English, he really spoke to a lot of truths.
