"If you're having a craving, FAT is a great option!" Wow! I never in my life thought I would hear AND AGREE WITH those words! As a carb addict for 6 decades, I'm just two weeks into my keto life, and FEEL FANTASTIC! It's amazing! I've gone searching for ways to increase fat in my diet, to balance my macros. I made my first fat bomb yesterday -- before I saw your video. WHat worked well for mixing was just mixing it well together whilst still solid with electric hand-held beaters and then melting in microwave After everything is already mixed. Way easier. Even the Splenda wasn't grainy. Thanks for the great recipes!

I have always made a simple coconut oil and peanut butter fatbomb with a couple of TB of Torani SF syrup...never thought to add a little salt to it. Tried it last night and it turned out wonderful! I like to use silocone molds for mine...they just pop right on out and look so fancy!

I credit your video entitled "My Failures" your journey of how you embarked upon using the Ketogenic diet as a way of life, as getting me through my first day OFF of all carbs, in at least 3 months. Those fat bombs look so delicious. What yummy flavors. I would put a sheet of parchment paper on the bottom and up the sides of the glass pan before pouring in the mixture. Then lift the paper and the set-up mixture out of the pan. It will be much easier to cut the squares that way and you probably won't even need to wash the pan.

I've been on Keto since Feb. 2021 and so many things have improved, my Type 2 is down to safe numbers, I've lost all the weight I needed to, and I love the foods I eat now. I'm learning to make fat-bombs because I so have an issue with getting in my 70% or 75% fats. I am only going to eat fat-bombs as a dessert with a meal, as I want to get in my fasting hours. I want to stay full and fat-bombs are said to help with in between meal hunger. I didn't snack my first few months, but i had that Keto flu feeling the first month. Nothing have I done in my life has had a more positive effect on my health than Keto!! It doesn't happen overnight, and it is not for people who aren't truly willing to work hard, with no excuses. I can't guarantee it will work for you, but give it a try :)

Love your video! I have a tip that helps me, I put Truvia (Stevia) in my Ninja an whirl it for a few and I turns it into basically "powdered sugar" that will dissolve into anything :) I keep some in a jar for whenever I want tea or iced coffee, but it works great in fat bombs too!

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU. I have a gastric band which I lost and regained 45kg. I have been doing fasting with Keto, and your recipes are the first time I can get adequate calories in, without feeling sick. I just ate a bomb lunch. which worked out to about 800 calories, whereas before eating low fat I could only get a couple hundred in, and was constantly grazing. 5kg down in a couple weeks with your recipes doing a 16-8 IF program. (16 hours fasting, 8 hour eating window)

In Poland they have rendered pork fat "Smalez" basically looks like white crisco with fried bacon in it. You spread it over bread and top with sliced polish-pickles. It is amazing. This might have been the original fat-bomb/survival food.

Omg these look soooo good i love your videos. They are so soothing. I have never loved cooking and I have already been trying Keto recipes on since I started three weeks ago! I can't wait to try fat bombs. I am just worried about sweeteners. I have pcos and my weight loss is at a snails pace no matter what I try so I am afraid to make it even slower with sweeteners. I have erythritol and stevia but I haven't used them yet. I'm so nervous about it. Also, I heard you say you liked Dairy but it makes you stall. I have been eating it and I'm wondering if it makes me stall too. I have been in denial and not ready to let it go. Lol could you talk more about that or point me to a video where you talk about it? Again awesome videos. I just subscribed.

a small shim under the front legs of your microwave will stop the door from swinging open and it's free to try. A few pieces of water bottle plastic cut into circles or rectangles (according to your micro feet shape) works well and can be changed out in a jiffy. Anyway, it's a lot cheaper than leveling that counter system... hope that helps. I enjoy you. Thank you for kindly sharing

While butter is dairy most people that have issues digesting dairy aren't bothered by butter. What they react to is lactose which is the sugar part of milk. Butter is only the milk fat (the lactose is left in the buttermilk) so no sugar so no problems with digestion.

+Cooking Keto with Kristie --- Yes it would!! For me it would be especially helpful in regards to baking with the sweetners. We use mostly erythritol but would love tips on reducing the 'cooling' taste. (don't like that) Thanks!

yes, yes please a video about sweeteners!! Especially on how to use erythritol in baking and avoid not only the cooling effect but the grittiness in the baked product. That's where I am having the most difficulty!!! I'm about ready to give up on erythritol entirely because of the grittiness in baked goods . . .

Mmmm, I also just made the almond butter one, but I used 1 tbs of stevia powder! Perfectly delicious! I'm thinking of doubling or tripling the recipe and using the 9x13 glass pan to have enough to share with my friends at work! I've lost 18 lbs in 2+ months on keto, and they want to loose also, so I'm (luring hehehe) them in- slowly with awesome tasting recipes to show them it's very easy to change to good habits and change your life!!! Im still learning keto, and Ive been stuck at 18lbs for 2 weeks now, (but not gaining either yay), so I am learning more about macros and fat/protein/carb ratios- I think that is what's stalling me - my ratios are not right, is there an easier way to fix it or should I start at the beginning again? I would be grateful for any help or suggestions! Thank you and Grace in advance and thank you for your videos! You make it look easy! 😊👍🏻

Made these and whilst just made thought it tasted lovely, but when it was set I only managed 2/3 small teaspoons before it was too much. Never thought something would be to sickly for me.

One of the things I've noticed about eating "fat bombs" or just fatty foods, in general, is if I eat too much fat I'll start storing fat. I would suggest going easy on the "fat bombs" especially after you get fat adapted. Just my opinion.

Always hold onto the bowl when you use the blender - If the blender hits the side it can jump and make a mess

Great video. But, BUTTER is dairy. while they are not dairy free, non of them, I can't wait to try these. Great video ~ open microwave distracting, but great recipes. Love that she didn't at the coco to the peanut butter to keep carb count down. Off to look for the savory Fat Bomb video she indicated she might make. Hope she did. Thank you, Kristie. Not complicated at all.

Yum! Can't wait to try some! I have a few questions though.... Sorry if you answer them throughout, I am still watching..... You mentioned when you made the Orange Cream flavor when you added the cream cheese that you were adding a dairy, and you don't usually add dairy since it can stall. But isn't butter a dairy? Or does the butter not stall you but the cream cheese does? Just wondering! Also, are you still trying to lose more weight? I was wondering because I wouldn't think fat bombs were more "necessary" for someone like you who is keto adapted (meaning your body has completely switched from burning glucose to burning fat, right?). Isn't at some point you can eat too much fat, and your body burns the fat you eat as opposed to your stored fat??? Lots of questions but I appreciate your videos!! You're the (fat) bomb.com!!!

Wonderful Video! What a delight watching your video with your great helper Grace! Thank you so much for sharing such helpful information and techniques. I learned a lot from your video just listening about some of your favorite things while doing the fat bombs. Your so down to earth and really good at achieving your goals in making the fat bombs. Those flavors you came up with sound super nice and I cant wait to give them a try. Your a beautiful lady and so inviting to watch. Take care and stay safe. Blessings to you and your family as you continue your journey with fantastic videos!! 🌸

I follow THM (Trim Healthy Mama) which has been life-changing here but many, if not all, of your recipes are THM friendly. How cool is that? We do fat bombs, too! YUM. I'll have to try this one. Also... I use a combo of stevia and erythritol, too and it I put it into the coffee grinder it turns it into "powdered sugar" or the same consistency anyway. LOVE your videos!

I just cant keep up with all these different types of flours and sugars. I was told originally to get a big bag of swerve. ( cost a weeks salary. LOL) but now im finding none of the recipes call for it. Plus. Im finding a lot of recipes I like, call for added protein powder. Im very low on my carbs but always way over on protein so I'm wondering why the need to add protien powder?

I just love your u tubes and recipes. I made your chocolate chip muffins and your peanut butter fat bombs just a little bit ago. I have both wrapped and stored in my freezer. Will have muffin in morning and a fat bomb when needed. I bought your first cookbook and have your other in my Amazon cart. Please keep the u tubes coming. Hugs from Kentucky!!
