Besides health, being fat is suuupper uncomfortable!! I sweat so much, and there’s chub rub, and when I was heavier, just tying my shoes was difficult because of my belly getting in the way! And of course, I hate the aesthetics of being fat. I have stretch marks & back fat with a tight fitting bra & skin discoloration in some areas. Of course I wanted to lose weight for my health 💯 but I also hated everything else about being obese.

Basically the reason why u can barely have normal ppl around u in some parts of the world. Thats the kinda shit that makes u grind on ur own with no friends. Its not worth the risk of them influencing me. If trying to be atleast more intellingent then an avarage person then ill take the cost of loneliness. Most times I dont know how to help them. So ill help myself. If u see some bs, feel free to roast my smartass. I just left some thoughs here. Take it if u value it I guess.

Back in the days I was at 85 kg and my height is about 174 cm, I couldn't breathe comfortably while sleeping. Now, my weight is around 70 kg, and I exercise because I'm aware that being overweight is not comfortable at all.

I think these people are just using the terms of "fatphobic", "fat acceptance" and "body positivity" as an excuse because they we're actually lazy to lose weight, and i'm super concerned about that.

Yes , but binge fat or chubby doesn't mean you're not eating healthy or doing spurt I was used to be fat as I was 100kg in realty I wasn't even eating I used to starve myself and I walked every day for like 3h but nothing worked until my immune system give up on me and got guillain barre syndrome, what I mean is some ppl are unhealthy fat but there's ppl who actually do sport and eat healthy enough for there wight to not go up or down

Most of the obese rates are because of the high over consumption of fast food because it became more accessible and lack of accountability and healthcare! Its a special illness that comes with a large amount of problems, but the inability to burn fat is one of them. They get fat far faster, cant excercise very well due to extremely low levels of energy and can starve to death while obese because their body cant process the fat cells quickly enough.

To be fair; there is a, albeit small, percentage of people, both male and female, that genuinely do find a larger figure/chubby physique attractive/hot. I'm by no means one of them and I highly doubt even those people would go as far and support some of these people, buuuuut at the same time some the people in this video with all the fat acceptance baloney truly do believe that their size is acceptable and DO think that they're attractive. Though the people that "hate" skinny people definitely suffer from cognitive dissonance.

You're absolutely right, some people should not go over their head when it's discussing things like that. But neither anyone should pushed them to do defastating actions. Also I hope you're getting progress on that!

This Its ok to be fat, as in you dont have to be totally ashamed about it, and you dont deserve bullying based on that (people may be fat for a spectrum of reasons, not just "muh lazyness") But with this you also need to keep in check the realities. Being fat wears out your body faster and shortens your lifespan (how much is anyones guess, and it may not be more than a handful of years for not morbidly obese people but still). And while being fat limits your life and capabilities, it doesn't mean that theres systematic oppression against fat people, it just means that you are a tad out of the standards in human attributes. (Seriously, I've heard people say this) TL;DR Live your life like you want, no need to be ashamed of being bigger, but dont also delude yourself on it either
