Title Packs: Established Titles Title Packs include dedicated souvenir plots, which are governed by the Land Registration (Scotland) Act of 2012. When Established Titles sells a Title Pack to a customer, it is entering into a private agreement to dedicate a specific souvenir plot, identified with a unique plot number, to a specific person. The purchase of a Title Pack from Established Titles does not constitute or trigger a transfer of ownership over that souvenir plot or any part of the land in the legal sense.
Souvenir plots are, at the time of writing, defined in the Land Registration (Scotland) Act of 2012 as “a piece of land which, being of inconsiderable size or no practical utility, is unlikely to be wanted in isolation except for the sake of mere ownership or for sentimental reasons or commemorative purposes”, and cannot be registered with the Keeper of the Registers. Under Scottish law, ownership of land only transfers upon registration. As the Keeper of Registers does not register souvenir plots, Established Titles, or an entity of its choosing, shall remain the underlying owner of the land itself, but keep its own private records of which souvenir plots have been dedicated, and to whom.
Return & Refund Policy
As the spirit of our title packages are for a bit of novelty and fun, we are committed to offering you a full refund or replacement of your certificate within 60 days of receiving your certificate.

@@frazzledapplesvr124 well during primitive times people put on weight for the colder seasons. Fat provided insulation and acted as a emergency energy resource to prevent malnutrition. The body would burn excess fat when there wasnt much nutrition for the body. But when the warmer months came they lost that excess weight. But i mean fat as in 10-15kg extra not obese like 60kg extra.

I was an average-sized adult woman for a very long time, then a series of unfortunate events caused my life to get stressy and depressy and I ate like hell to deal with it and put on about 50 pounds. I haven't lost all of it but I have lost a good bit and as a former average person turned fat turned almost average...life is EXPONENTIALLY better at an average size and I am still working on getting back to a size 10. Not to mention when I was a fat-fat I never expected the world to cater to me. If the seat was too small or my airline seatbelt barely fit, guess what, that was my fault. I'm tired of these fat acceptance people expecting the world to change to accommodate their poor choices and again this is coming from someone who needs to lose som lbs.

I was about her size prior to my gastric bypass. I didn't feel I was owed anything, I DID purchase an additional seat and depending on the length of the fight, I'd buy two. I went to theme parks with the understanding that I, unfortunately, wouldn't be able to participate in certain rides or experiences and same with any vacation we went on and fun outings that were a part of it. When I finally got very tired of being excluded and having to make a bunch of extra steps when doing virtually anything, I decided to become a healthy weight. Both being heavy and getting thin were all my choice and nobody else was to blame. The ugly truth is, nobody wants to be fat but, eating healthier isn't fun and working out and eating well long term is very hard and staying fat and blaming the world is much more easy. The world owes you nothing, if you want to be included, fit in and do what is needed to get thinner.

A few years ago, I gained 75 lbs in grief weight. Long story. Severe depression, bad eating habits and not getting out are a bad combo. I have spent the last year battling to lose the weight. At my heaviest I was 206, which I am horrifically ashamed to admit. When I couldn't see it in mirrors, it wasn't so bad. When I started going out, and would see myself in pictures **** ding ding ding, it hit me how horrible I looked, and felt. I've been doing everything possible to lose weight, though I still battle severe depression, a fractured vertebrae (unrelated), and a few other health concerns. It took me a year to lose 35 lbs, I am proud, but frustrated as well that I still have roughly another 40 lbs to go before I will feel myself again. I absolutely CANNOT imagine being that size, and thinking not only that it's ok, but that people should be accomodating ME. I'm the one that gained the weight, it's my responsibility, if I hope to live to see 50, to lose it. And I'm not even morbidly obese. These people make me shake my head at their attitudes and demands. As a disabled person, I don't even have as many requests as these people are making. SMDH

Most nurses are still under the lipid hypothesis belief. They believe in the food pyramid and all the low fat BS. The have no idea it was based on a lie. Ansel Keys had 23 countries with good data for his research. He cherry picked the 7 he could make fit his hypothesis. Big sugar promoted his lipid hypothesis because of the research of another scientist, John Yutkin. Yutkin had a sugar hypothesis, which unlike the lipid hypothesis, has been proven right over and over again. Until people unlearn this brainwashing, they will not lose weight. I spent decades starving myself fat and sick on 1200 low fat, high fibre, sugar free calories a day for a decade. I had a very active job and went to the gym every day. Barely fit a size 18. Then my husband had 3 strokes and we found out he was diabetic. I put him on the Adventist cult agenda diet they handed out at the hospital. He went for bloodwork every 3 weeks. Every 3 weeks both he and his bloodwork were worse. This went on for 8 months. Hit me that the diet advice that had failed me for decades was failing him. I read Good Calories, Bad Calories and watched The Oiling of America. I changed both of us to the old 1950s British diet in the prologue. Threw out all seed oils. Two weeks later he had his first improvement in bloodwork. Several months later a stranger understood him. 13 years later he is doing great. I dropped from size 18 to 6/8. Fixed my bloodpressure, fixed my degenerative bone disease in my right foot, etc. Also, I no longer get the hunger shakes cause by an unhuman diet. The Food pyramid was researched by a good nutritionalist. She refused to have her name on it after the senator in charge let his Adventist buddies change it to the monstrosity that came out. She warned them if they put it out and people followed it that there would be a massive increase in obesity, diabetics, heart attacks, strokes, depression, dementia, autoimmune disease, cancer, etc. She was right. Also add Poly Ovarian Syndrom, PMS, autism, ADHD to that list. But instead of admitting that their death diet was wrong for 80 percent of all humans, they did the vegan gaslighting thing of blaming the victims. If you want to know who the Adventist are, think Kellogg and Post. The American Academy of Nutrition is Adventist. The American Heart Association gets money from Adventist and big pharma. There are old lectures by Gary Taubes. Maybe, if she is willing, get your Aunt to watch them with you. It could save her life.

The thing she’s missing is that all these embarrassing and uncomfortable experiences are the universe offering you a lesson, and instead of considering it, you’re blaming other people. My mom had a big revelation earlier this year….she fell on the wet floor of her bathroom and couldn’t get up. Took us quite a while, because she is overweight and had her knees done, so couldn’t bend them under her. She was so distraught that she might have to call an ambulance to help….mostly worried about the embarrassment. The next day, she announced she was starting keto cause she’d had enough of her weight problems! So far lost 30 pounds! That’s what all these experiences are trying to teach these people.

I used to weigh 255 pounds. I now weigh 150. Diets are bullshit and so are the majority of excercise programs. However, you do need to stay physically active throughout the day in order to burn more calories than you consume. It will be daunting when you start. You will tire quickly. You will will get sore muscles and achy joints. Within about 3 weeks though you'll notice that your stamina has improved and that will give you a positive mental boost that will help drive you to keep it up. If you lose just three pounds a month for 3 years, that's 108 lbs total. Achievable, realistic goals help you stay on track. That also gives your skin a better chance to shrink back down gradually. I cut way back on fast food, but I didn't start eating salads or quit eating junk food either. I do, however, take care to consume calorie heavy items only when I will be active enough to burn it off the same day. . **This is real important, condition yourself to stop eating when you're no longer hungry instead of eating until you feel full** . If you're struggling with hunger at any point, I recommend lightly snacking on types of food that require a lot of chewing. Such as jerky, celery, or fresh clams. The longer you have to chew food, the less likely you are to consume excess. Also, neat fact, chewing releases a chemical in your brain that reduces hunger. Gum is okay, but not sugar free. If you like pop (aka soda pop), it's okay to have some, but again not sugar free. The sugar free stuff has proven to cause an increase of body fat in most people. Avoid fountain drinks. Instead opt for a 12 oz. can and just have one. Otherwise, drink water-only with your lunch and dinner. Water takes up space in your stomach which helps the situation. . Losing weight too fast has health problems as well. So like I said shoot for 3 pounds or even 2 pounds a month until you reach your ideal weight range. A steady 2 pounds a month is actually quite good. It doesn't always have to be that either. It might be 3 lbs one month, 1 pound the next, then 4 or 5 the next. And remember that physical activity may increase muscle mass. Muscle weighs significantly more than fat. . Lastly, the scale is a tool. It is not your ally. Nor is it your enemy when properly used. There is a profound psychology behind this. The bottom line is you shouldn't weigh yourself too often. Maybe once every two to three months. . It's crazy to me, because I went from being fat shamed to being criticized for being too thin. But that doesn't matter because now my knees don't hurt every day and I can now breathe normally when I'm seated and reach down in front of me. I used to not be able to clean my fish in a stream without having to stand up and catch my breath. . You can do this. I know you can because I've been there and I made it.
