No, it is not like every other squid. This squid has a hole for a light stick or LED battery operated light. It also swims like a real squid when jigged slightly. It also has a scent ball above the hook. This squid will catch more fish than other artificial squids. How do I know? I have tried them all. Oh yeah, the FAT Squid also has a built in rattle.

For surf fishing I would try the smaller sized squids available at Squidlures com

I like a really small waist... And whoah!! Check out that squid-hole!!! Really looks sweet. I bet that would even catch night-time bass. Hmmmm...buwahahahah.
