He is defintely one of my favorite characters for reasons you already mentioned. You just watch the series and start thinking "Gosh, I wish that was my king." (Although Im not sure if I really want that.)

@@amvprince9040 At this point there should maybe be mentioned that he wasnt always such a nice guy, as he started pretty much as a tyrant, and only when he started to understand that he wouldnt live forever - but remembered "forever"- he decided that he wants to be remembered as a good king.

Im really wondering though why Caster Gil is not able to use Ea. Is he not in possession of all world treasures in this form anymore?

@@pantheon3671 As far as I understand he has given away all the weapons save for the chain of heaven and the staves and wands to the people of Uruk to fight the Demons. But I doubt he'd give away Ea. Maybe herather chooses not to use it? Using a Weapon with the potential to destroy a World seems to be rather risky and since he is wiser tan Archer Gil, Caster Gil might have determined that the risk isn't worth the benefit?

@@pantheon3671 when he gave away his treasures ,that time he sealed EA . In his caster version , he tends to nerf himself a little more. For eg:- Not using Sha Naqba Imuru to full extent,etc.

@@KeacePeeper Interesting theory! Tiamat was going to destroy the world anyway, but I guess he would have used it only if really necessary (additionally to the fact, that Tiamat couldnt be killed unless being in the underworld, and at that time, Gilgamesh Caster wasnt there anymore)

I mean, you can probably make out of everything profit as long as it gets popular enough. There are surely some anime channels who actually make a profit, but Im not sure what potential anime channels have, means, how likely it is to get money by doing stuff with anime (If that was rather your question).

1. Different class 2. Pride 3. Shirou's skills make him a natural counter to Gil in his Archer variant. Caster Gil would've been a much tougher fight since he exclusively accesses the staffs in Gate of Babylon as opposed to all the normal weaponry.
