This is what they call each other in the game due to mistranslation. Cousin does not have the same meaning in Chinese over what it does in english. It is common to refer to friends as aunts/uncles and cousins. If they were true cousins they likely would have the same clan name.

Me too. To be honest, I also dislike the idea that both Yuan Jing and Su Yuan love interest are cousin. But in reality, Su Yuan and Xie Weijin is not cousin, simply because Su Yuan is fake name. The real name is Lin Yuan.

@@saywhat8055 For male route (if we are talking about Yuan Jing love interest Zhao Ake). I think they are cousin simply because they are royal family. For female route (if we are talking about Su Yuan love interest Xie Weijin). Yes, they are not cousin because Su Yuan is fake name. The real name is Lin Yuan (from Lin family)

Check in the settings if your graphics are set to the highest setting. They might not be perfect but the difference in the quality differs vastly between the different settings....

If only you guys could make this into a video series instead. I wish I could see the story without having to grind so much, it takes too much time without spending money and I don't want to wait months just to see a full story.

@@apricot6628 When I played this game, I was on for around 4 hours a day, wasting my life away. If you don't pay money, you're stuck at a certain level and it took around 2-3 days just to progress the story a single chapter for me, which lasted for only about one cutscene and about 2 missions. I *couldn't* have been leveling up faster without spending real money.

I remember when I first saw the ad long ago I was so amazed on it that I didn’t pay attention when it was about to end the ad and it changed right away to another ad so I wasn’t able to get the name. I was able to download the game two days ago after the ad showed up again and it’s so good! This isn’t it like the other Japanese or Chinese games that I see in ad’s. Instead of the others where you only have like three characters to choose and the rest of the game you have to pay most of the things or else it’s just boring. This game you get to customize your character and barely pay anything and has a great story plot. The trailer/ad is Fantastic! It honestly made me emotional even when I barely knew what the hell was going on 😂 It’s very detailed and isn’t like those videos where you end up being poor cuz your too ugly or not smart enough. The music in the ad and game is beautiful as well✨👌🏼 I honestly wish it was a movie 😞

Many cultures doesn't really forbade cousin relationship especially if they are once removed and so on. The settings also take an important role as this is the time family name and reputation play a big role in having any kind of ties.

the game’s graphics are not as great as its trailer, but its certainly better than its ads good job on being the rare game that has your stereotypical mobile game ads but actually having a good game has to be one of the rarest occurrences ive ever seen

This trailer made me confused. Can someone please explain who is the lady with the Emperor and who's the lady with Yuan Jing? And who is that general? Why is he holding the lady in pink and why is the lady in blue looking at him so sadly?

The lady in the pink is called Su Yuan (she showed up in the male player's main story) and she's one of the palace women or something. From the male player's perspective, she is not in love with the Emperor but she's with him for her own reasons. Edit: Her family was wronged and killed. That's also why I think the female player wants to be able to clear her father's name and find out what happened to her sister. The lady in the blue also shows up in the male player's story. Idk who she is yet cuz I just made my male character tonight lol but she meets the male player who is actually the prince so the male player should be Yuan Jing. I can only guess that the general is Xie Weijin since he's the only general that has large significance so far from my female account. I'm guessing he's holding her like that because from my perspective he seems to be in love with the lady in pink which I think could be the female player since her maid is the same. I'm not sure why the lady in blue looks at Weijin in such a way though maybe I'm not there yet. Edit: the lady in the blue looks at the man sadly probably because he's actually Yuan Jing instead of Weijin like I originally thought.

I think the female MC will end up with the emperor. In the male route, Su Yuan love Yuan Jing but Yuan Jing doesn't accept it because he want to clear his family name and doesn't want to involved Su Yuan. And I guess Yuan Jing will end up with Zhao Ake.

the woman in cyan is Zhao Ke. NPC for male player. so we female are played as Su Yuan who end up with Yuan Yi. and the male player played as Yuan Jing who end up with Zhao Ke????

I can understand why in the video, the emperor "fight with Yuan Jing" when Yuan Jing bring Zhao Ake. I mean the emperor hate Zhao family and yet his beloved brother want to marry someone from Zhao family. If Yuan Jing married with Zhao Ake, I guess the relationship will be quite awkward. I wonder if the emperor will reject it since the emperor hate Zhao family.

Yup, I am one of those players who complaint. I like the same so much. I can promote myself to Supreme level faster (and the got demoted faster). Many events takes too long to complete and requires many strategies like in Attire forays. I hope that the developer can give more ways to obtain outfits (other than spend real money). During the event, you will have to boost 9999999999 item to get one outfit. I don't know how else to get those outfits from such OP event. Anyway, I loved the game. This is exactly the empress game I wished to play.

If you play the male route, Su Yuan is actually one of consort/concubine for the emperor. But in female route, yes she is not the consort/concubine.

How do I increase more damage on my heroes? My might over 400,000. All in 5+ upgrade or higher, but DMG on opponents are 1,500-6,000 maximum.

gems or whatever they're called, that or you could look to pull for destinies, the flower thing (sorry im kind of new but i've played another game from wish interactive for a long time and it seems like a very similar system), you can also look to grab a "counselor" for your guild as in, pleasing them etc. etc. depending on how good your guild is, you might already have top 3 for one of the counselors giving you a buff in whatever they specialize for, also make sure your dps is actually a dps hero, im not sure where but there are basic stats for every class making some aoe, some more tanky, make sure you got the gems and all on the right characters

Graphics are gameplay is great for certain amount of time until you gotta try and apparently pay into half the things ya want to continue making progression the worst thing about this is how you get treated in game by the players and it’s a whole fuck loads like harassment or abuse I’d happily screenshot it next time it happens and hand it over to the developers to deal with that bullshit but they better know what the fuck harassment or abuse looks like because it got straight out of line I will happily leave a guild with full on evidence to back that shit up if it ever happens again and I will give zero details as to how this went that info will only ever go to the developer company so they can put your asses back in fucking place even if it means them doing so harshly they may be ignorant but not that fucking I highly they would ignore this kind of problem other than that new players and olders I have no problem with I ain’t dragging crap on about u it’s not like you are a celebrity to rave about ya ur not Keanu Reeves because after that you are just a ded player that left the game for a new one, as for making friends they r nothing but an online friend im just plain and simple trust em, of course I don’t do anything I just obey and get it over with the only friends I trust on is wartunes and they are nothing but good to me and I have never been treated in a bad way there plus I get free costume and wings
