Basically, Arthur’s motivation is what Shirou’s would become in UBW.

Sodom was a city punished by god along with Gomorrah due to their wickedness, so seeing that the Beast Of Sodom is names Beast VI/S then I guess that there is another one called Beast VI/G, representing the other city, which is probably the one Arthur is hunting, and I feel it's probably the one we're getting in mobile, and it's definitely Manaka.

Because Fate/Prototype doesn't exist in any kind of medium, it's not sold commercially, only Nasu hold the script. There's a LN named "Fate/Prototype: Sougin no Fragments", but it's the prequel of Fate/Protoype.
