Truly a shame that the rest of the servants aren't playable. I hope they become available in the dlcs. I would have done EVERYTHING to play as Ushi Gozen and her weird armor-spider thingy.

It is a direct reference, since Zhou Yu's the initial architect of the fire attack strategy that decimated the Wei naval forces. Sure, Zhuge Liang was there to assist, but Zhou Yu settled on fire first, convincing Zhuge that fire was the only strategy they had to even the playing field. Everything done was to make Zhou Yu's strategy, his final strategy, as he didn't live much longer past Chi Bi, the greatest that he had ever devised.

That Noble Phantasm practically gave away Saber's true identity. I mean, it's kinda pointless keeping it a secret to begin with. Almost all Fate main protagonist have some kind of Arthurian Servants, so it really is no surprise...(SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO DON'T WANT TO BE SPOILED) ....that he turned out to be Yamato Takeru, the "Japanese King Arthur."

Well they didn't have to be specific region of Servants to summon in the first place, I mean look at their first one in the franchise Fate/Stay Night, happened in Japan and has all sort of national heroes like Artoria, Cu, Heracles, Medusa, Medea, and Hassan, only Japanese in there are EMIYA and Kojiro.

Some join you and you can switch only for 20 seconds or so. Others you play during a certain part of the story or their Digression story. Maybe they might add a free mode where we can play as them

Well thanks for the explanation guys. I also wonder if it's due to Jeanne never canonically having a good reason lore-wise to be an Alter, based on her history and character. She accepted her end. Edit: The original Jeanne I mean. I love Jalter and it does make sense why she thought she was the original turned on a dark path.

@@crystalkasumi3281I mean, isn't that the case with most of Alters anyways? They are either aberrations or come from specific timelines/divergences. Maybe Chiemon was the cause of her being summoned into an Alter after all. For someone to have their view in faith distorted and ending up summoned a corrupted version of a Saint. Maybe there are some dots to be connected there that I hope future dlc chapters could touch.

@@JoshuaDMarti Jalter is literally impossible to be a corruption of Jeanne d'Arc, that was the point of the first singularity in FGO. It's not like the other Servants who regret something that went on with their lives which can be used to corrupt them. Jeanne knew what was going to be her end way before her campaign started. That was one of the original requisites to be a Ruler before things got weird in FGO, not having a wish for the Grail.

I honestly assume it's the same thing we normally see just with a new application of it. So as a ruler I'd presume he'd draw a sword or ea and do an extremely strong attack. Or he could just summon other servants to attack with their noble phantoms (cameos but only non playable servants)

Final explosion or point of contact of some of the Noble Phantasms look kinda generic. It's easier to fit each enemy, I suppose.

@@RyanGoslingishere yeah seems reasonable but its been 7 years since we have a fate game and the least they do is add characters as a dlc on the long run because 10 characters on a musou game or hack and slash game its gonna be boring to play after you use them all in 4 hours of game play in free mode especially when playing in new game plus. all the non-playable characters in the story mode atleast let me play them in the next dlc. just a variety of gameplay.
