It wasn't mentioned in this video, but there's this weird tertiary plot element where a 16 or 17 year old girl tries to seduce Dylan. Dylan does not return her affections nor does he try to do anything with her so I guess we're supposed to think he is a noble man, but keep in mind that Neil wrote the script. Which means he put in scenes where she tries to seduce his character and also she takes her top off. Which, while we don't see anything, Neil probably did.

the scene with the two friends talking about their sex life felt like it was the entrance to a porno written by someone who'd never watched a porno before and just knew the memes about the acting being awful

I've watched this review a few times and I still can't believe he never touched on the most absurd subplot of the whole movie where the 16 year old daughter of the dysfunctional friend couple is madly in love with Dylan. There's a scene where she just shows up at his house to go in his pool while Dylan is hacking and takes off her bikini top in front of him. Then, she leaves the pool area to instead take a bath in his house and it cuts to her wearing just a towel and you see the towel drop while the camera is at her legs and Dylan comes flying in to catch the towel, put it back on her and scold her. Neil Breen wrote in a subplot where a 16 year old girl is in love with him and he rejects her because he's such a good person who respects the age of consent BUT HE WROTE THAT IN HIS MOVIE!! It's absolutely absurd.
