I didn't know she was his daughter, but I was like, "this actress must've spent months studying Geordi's mannerisms! She's sooo good!" Turns out not only is she good, but she spent her whole LIFE studying those mannerisms! Great casting choice!

I've met the cast of TNG and they are incredible people. Funny, kind and beautifully humble. I cried taking pictures with Marina and Jonathan (Troi and Riker), cuz I luv them SO MUCH, and Marina hugged me, rubbed my back, played with my hair, complimented me and just talked to me 4ever. Then Jonathan grabbed me by the shoulders, said "u are beautiful and so sweet but BEAT IT KID, your holding up the line"! Marina started laughing and said "don't u dare make her leave". Jonathan looked down at me, smiled and said "thanks kid, you just got me in trouble with the wife" and literally shoved me outta line (all in good fun). It was an amazing experience and so funny. They are so rad! Luv ST Picard Season 3 so much! and btw, I'm 42! lol ❤✨️

I wish Goldberg was on Picard this season. There’s been two instances she could have fit in, the Riker Picard scene at her bar after Riker’s kid was born; and a scene where Picard is talking to some cadets.

I was brought up watching him when I was living with my Mother by me being in Elementary School and the name of his 1st Show is called “Reading Rainbow” on the Learning Channel called PBS.

Mr. Burton is and incredible person, a tremendous actor and a gifted teacher. I have had the privilege,as many have, of watching Reading Rainbow when I was young and the ability to introduce the show to my now adult kids. Thank you Mr. Burton for your enthusiasm, encouragement and example. God Bless you and your family!

Love me some LaVar. I saw a short clip a woman trying to go out a door clearly marked NOT AN EXIT. The tune from Reading Rainbows song comes on her trying over and over to leave that way. Butterflys in the sky...Belly laughs.

Levar was such a wonderful full of life character on reading rainbow 🌈 when I used to see his show on PBS as a kid.

The next generation and deep space nine were my favorite TV series of all time. The character development individually and as a whole community was the best story telling I’ve seen on tv without getting overly graphic like today’s television series are.

I grew up on reading rainbow and when I saw my favorite book reading entertainer in TNG it was all I needed to become a star trek fan, loved geordi, as a latino kid seeing any person of non white heritage being in positive roles was few and far between back then, but star trek has always had that positive representation in mind with thier properties.
