It is actually all the mothers' fault...her attitude is too controlling and it is suffocating to almost everyone...it will also slowly destroy the company and will not have any progress in the future if she is still the one managing the company....if she didnt got ill, Bao Yifan will surely proceed with what they had planned with his father and I think is it for the best...She needs to step down quickly and let her son and spouse manage it

@@kateli1880 i watched it until the end and I know the father is at fault also but it all started from the mother's doing wherever angle you want to see it.Thats why I blame it all on the mother alone

@@kateli1880 The father doesnt actually likes to show too much care or affection and can sometimes make decisions that seems to be cruel but will really help Bao Yifan in the future. He even understands that his son is old enough to make his own decision which the mother doesnt understand well before her shock happened. I actually dont like the fact that Andy is designed to be a strong woman and her partner is as soft as a marshmallow in dealing with problems in his life.

She really don't know how evil an old person who has survived everything to create this big business can do. He will tell her to do whatever in her hand to destroy his group and let his son decide to choose between his family business shauch he was ready to give him or girl who is destroying his family when least the father wants is his son to grow up. Old man can play many tricks to make her life miserable if she interferes too much in family matters.

All the father wants is for his son to grow up...though he is doing it cruelly, it is for his son's sake ...the mother is the one to blame, too controlling and inconsiderate of her son's feelings...I side with the father on this one , Bao needs to toughen up his heart for the future conflicts that the company will face...the fact is that the father wants to reform the family business into a great corporation and the mother is obviously the problem with that unreasonable attitute
