For those without storm shelters or basements, the bathroom, or innermost downstairs room, is the safest place to be. The car seat, for infants, babies, and even toddlers, is the safest place for them to be seated in those areas.

I wish they would have put her in one of those baby swaddles.. or had time to get her out of the seat . How tragic ..sweet baby girl.. poor parents ..poor family.. ugh this world is so heart breaking
