The children all know my identity as I am a know donor/know donor+ , so they can easily ask anyone in their life "are you also a donorchild of Jonathan", all children do know at least my identity (name, age, city of birth, birth date) and mostly they know me personally. All parents do actively prepare their children for the future but by now, almost all parents and children have found each other thanks to social media. The worries of inbreeding comes are based on the times when donors were anonymous, when DNA-tests were not possible and indeed there would be (a very small but real chance) that donorchildren would meet up, fall in love and eventually have children. Clinics do check their donors on maybe 100 genetic defects, in none of the clinics I was a donor did they find 1 genetic defect., it shows: all of the 550 children are healthy.
