INGREDIENTS
Basmati Rice - 2 cup(400 gram)
Onion - 4 medium size
Green chilly - 2 small
Tomato - 1
Coriander leaves - 1/3 cup
Pudina leaves - 1/3 cup
Boiled egg - 5
Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp
garlic paste- 1 tsp
Curd - 3 tbsp
Bay leaf- 1
Jathipathri - 1/2
Cardamom - 1
Cloves - 1
Cinnamon sticks - 2 small piece
Star anise (thakkolam) - 1
ghee- 1-1/2 tbsp
Salt - as needed
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Tumeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Biriyani masala - 3 tsp
Boiled water - 3 cup
garam masala -1/4 tsp
oil - 5 tbs
For frying

ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കി സൂപ്പറായിരുന്നു.കഴിച്ചിട്ടും കഴിച്ചിട്ടും വയറ് നിറയുന്നില്ല. ഇതു വരെ ആയിട്ടും ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ബിരിയാണിക്കുപ്പോലും ഈ രുചി വന്നില്ല ഇത് പങ്കുവച്ചതിൽ Thank you so much.
