I know this video is hella old but if anyone can get Sazón Goya seasoning in their hometown/country, it's hella bomb on chicken wings!!! Just score the wings like he does. Then lightly dredge (coat) in rice, corn, or potato starch (flour will suffice if you don't or can't find starch, however, it won't have that ůber crispy-crunchiness that starch tends to lend). Deep fry or air fry, or you can bake wings in the oven at 400°F or 204°C until golden brown or around 25 minutes or so. In a deep bowl large enough to accommodate wings, add Sazón seasoning. Add cooked wings in it. Quickly toss hot wings in seasoning and coat thoroughly. Does not need any sauces but bleu cheese, ranch or any hot sauce will pair well.

I didn't watch monkey brother for most of 2023. I think he's even fatter/more short of breath than before his attempted weight loss. So sad. If he continues to expand sideways he might die prematurely!
