I used Gyprock brand joint compound for the base and raised stencil, Junk Monkey chalk-paint, plus my own blend of minerals called Matte Minerals that I added to the red paint to make my own chalk-paint, Junk Monkey white glaze plus water and regular metallic craft paints. I'm trying different things, in some videos I talk and in some there is just music

But this one really needed a voice. The speed was so very fast that it started to look like you were flipping in & out between different stencils. I could not focus because of the exceptionally high speed along with the music. So, unfortunately I was unable to learn anything from you.😢 A voice over for this video (and all, hopefully) would be so appreciated 😊 Please understand, this comment is in no way a criticism. I very much so, want to learn from you ! You do incredible work. Hello, Yes it is water that I use to help move the paint and stop it from setting too soon. The powder would have been a product I created called Matte Minerals that I use to create my own chalk paint. I have since improved the recipe and rebranded to be called Matted and Tattered. Hi Kori, Thank you, I ended up changing the music to what it is now as I had so many complaints :-) When pulling up the stencil you do it while it is still wet, so pretty much as soon as you have finished laying down the putty, you lift. Cheers, Naomi.
