Todays video is how to make faux vintage postage stamps that are bigger than most!! These postage stamps make great journaling cards and DIY ephemera to go in any vintage junk journal theme. The fun thing is they are so much bigger than their little cousins we’ve grown to love and make using your scraps, magazine pictures and ink stamps.

So pretty! Donna, I think this is the first time I've seen you use scissors. I admire your prowess with the craft knife, especially since I do not share your talent for using it. TᕼᗩᑎKᔕ ᗩ ᒪOT Lisa it's funny i can't cut a straight line for the life of me with scissors lol!! i look at other crafter that freehand with scissors and shake my head. The craft knife skill comes from the 1970's when i was a traditional leather crafter i cut heavy leather daily so cutting paper now is a breeze, I do have one of those fiscars precision cutters. do make some stamps they're so fun 🦋 cheers Donna

Donna what a gorgeous project. If you want to use the rose image again or the image on the reverse you scan it so you can use it again just for your personal project.

Hi, how are your? I am ok just sad with all that us happening. So thanks for taking my mind elsewhere. So, I had just saw your question about which stamp was our favorite. Well I have fallen behind so I just watched this giant stamp video. So cool...what I love too is that in a hurry if you had these done up ahead then you would have a post card ready to write on! Also, I don't know if you've ever said what you did or do career wise? But, whatever it is your creative side and knack for connecting people together is wonderful. I sincerely find your videos so easy to follow... and I finish knowing I can do that too! Most video aren't like this. You are clear and to the point, yet so encouraging too. There are those certain people you meet, even if only on here. And just know you'd have fun and be fast friends. Thanks as always. I am off to watch the others. Melissa!! you have just blown me away! I love your compliments thank you so much, you're so sweet. I have been self employed my whole life as a crafter and a teacher of craft offline. I left school at 14 and have never looked back, its nuts how much i have taught my self. I have learnt so much from the internet and love this JJ crafting world so much. Its true how you fast become friends with some people, and i have experienced losing friends just as quickly, that i know we cant control. you too stay safe, and wait this whole stay at home temporary lifestyle out. crafty hugs Donna !♡ 🦋

Camille I agree with you about the art glitter glue its so good, and value for money, i'm still using my first bottle. Two things made me think of the BIG stamps, 1 was the pinking shears when i cut little stamps they zigged and zagged to big for little stamps and 2/ was the big rose pictures looked like good stamp shapes so i put the 2 together, big zig zag with big stamps, Boom perfect!! happy crafting 🦋 cheers Donna

I must say I have a bit of thrift store book goldmine find envy, but just a bit because you thought of something so much more amazing than I would have. I do have a book of greatest moments in sports history that would lend themselves beautifully. Now if I can just find an awesome stamp set like you.

I loved the book but I could not find a copy on-line reasonably, I have though found a few of Sandy Lynam Clough’s other books which I have now ordered. Only a few £s each (I’m in the UK) and hope the illustrations are as good as the ones you have in the Blessings among the Roses book. Love your end results tfs

Noooo....well, only if you have a reasonably good photocopier...then PHOTOCOPY those beautiful images. Don't cut them out (unless you want to, or the book is difficult to photocopy from) - but seriously, if you have a scanner on your photocopier, scan 'em, then change the sizing if required and print on whatever kind of paper you can or want to. But don't cut 'em out. Just saying.
