Resep Keripik Daging (untuk 6 porsi)
Bahan bumbu halus:
15 gr lengkuas
23 gr bawang putih
25 gr bawang merah
6 gr ketumbar
2 butir telur
Bahan lainnya:
375 gr daging sapi iris
½ sdm kecap inggris
1 ½ sdm gula palem
4 gr baking powder
1 sdt garam
1 sdt kaldu jamur
1/8 sdt merica
Pelapis kering:
tepung sagu
Cara membuat:
1. Iris lengkuas lalu di dalam blender masukkan bawang putih, bawang merah, lengkuas, ketumbar, garam, gula palem, kaldu jamur, baking powder dan kecap inggris, blender hingga halus
2. Susun daging di dalam tray dalam keadaan beku kemudian tuang bumbu halus, ratakan. Diamkan di dalam kulkas semalaman atau di suhu ruang selama 2 jam
3. Balurkan ke dalam tepung sagu kemudian sisihkan ke dalam saringan
4. Goreng di api sedang hingga setengah kering kemudian kecilkan api, masak hingga kering kecokelatan dan tiriskan
5. Keripik daging siap disajikan

Beef Chips Recipe (yield 6 servings)
Marinade ingredients:
15 g galangal
23 g garlic
25 g shallot
6 g coriander
2 pc egg
Other ingredients:
375 g sliced beef
½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1½ tbsp palm sugar
4 g baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mushroom bouillon
1/8 tsp pepper
Coating:
Sago flour
Steps:
1. Slice the galangal. Into a blender, add the garlic, shallots, galangal, coriander, salt, palm sugar, mushroom bouillon, baking powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend until smooth.
2. Arrange the frozen meat on a tray, then pour in the marinade. Spread evenly. Leave in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 2 hours.
3. Coat the slices in sago flour, then set them aside on a rack.
4. Fry over medium heat until half crisp, then reduce the heat to low and cook until golden brown. Remove and drain.
5. Beef Chips are ready to serve.
