The passage trilogy is absolutely amazing. It's a spin on apocalypse like nothing you have ever read. I agree with you and I was completely blown away by the witches heart. A great Sci fi to try is project hail mary. One of my favorite books this past year was go as a river by Shellby read

I think you'd love The Gospel of Loki by Joanne Harris! I added The Witche's Heart to my TBR. I really enjoyed The Stardust Thief by Chelsea Abdulah as a djinn book

This is such a great list! Several of these were popular titles that I had skipped over, and I’m convinced to add them to my list. Also spotted several that I added to my shelf this year, so I have refreshed excitement 😅 esp. for Mask of Mirrors and City of Brass.

I added Witch's Heart and City of Brass to my list. I have read all of thr Thursday murder club books and really enjoyed them all.

I loved the once and future witches! And I’m not really in to that apart from like Harry Potter. But I decided to read all my fantasy books and that was one of them!

So many fun titles to add! I LOVE the Thursday murder club series 🎉 you’re in for a treat. I wasn’t a fan of Once and Future Witches - it was too slow for me and the characters didn’t draw me in so I DNF it. Can’t wait for your least favorites of the year.
