Hi Susan, I got my “salted beef” aka povi masima.. from the butcher.. Mountdruitt butcher. It comes as a piece of brisket and I cut it to 3 pieces and boil it for 2 hours.. 😊 Appreciate you watching ❤❤ Stay blessed 😊
