Honestly I find the halo 2 and halo 3 sniper alot alot easier because of how slow movement is. In halo 5 sniper is harder due to fast movement at higher levels, I mean I guess if you're playing against scrubs it's easier.

You can say that about a lot of the “GA” that goes on in ranked. How many weapons they remove from infinite, how they change the layouts.

Bound IS better, Renegade just plays it safe and is also very talented.

I still stand by my original statement. That was 4 years ago. Renegade finished up Halo 5 at the top in 4’s (2018 world champ), 2’s (undefeated in esports arena with bound for probably 2 years) and 1’s (winner of the 25k Kellogg’s 1v1 tournament in 2021). Trust me, I watched Halo 5 from 2016 til Halo Infinite came out in 2021 and I know what I’m talking about. The only person who can come close to Renegade in 1s is Shottzy.

@@MarkSalamone Yeah but your argument doesn't make any sense because Neptune stopped playing Halo and moved to COD so during the time Nep was playing Halo he was a better 1v1 player than Renegade, but Renegade is still the better player in 4v4.

Your question is probably one that can only be answered now by either someone who played both players in H5 1v1 like Bound. Or, the two players actually playing a 1v1. But my opinion, best 1v1 Halo 5 player was Renegade. He took off in 1’s between 2019 and 2021 after H5 HCS was done. Maybe if Neptune stayed he may have challenged him but he went to COD. I’d encourage you to go ask Ynot, Frosty, Clutch, ShyWay, Bound, and Toolz who the best H5 1v1 player was and see what they say. Also, watch the 2021 Halo 5 Kellogg’s 1v1 final, the 1v1 skill level is incredible.
