Honestly, hats off to Insomniac for making Harry and Peter's friendship and betrayal so heartbreaking and depressing. I love their chemistry and dynamic so much. They're such good friends, and it's also awesome to see them get to bond even more once they start teaming up as Spider-Man and Agent Venom. I legit just want more stories featuring these two being good friends and getting along, because their friendship is so wholesome and adorable. I really felt it when they were ripped apart and turned on each other, it was so heart wrenching omg. This adaptation of the Venom storyline wasn't perfect and had its flaws, but it was still really good and got to me in a way that a lot of the other adaptations haven't. The last time I was this emotionally invested in the Venom storyline in an adaptation was when I watched The Spectacular Spider-Man for the first time, which is the gold standard imo. I went into this version feeling very skeptical, but damn it got me good. :(

The fact they had Harry accept Pete as Spider-Man made me realize and appreciate that more as a whole. Harry is Pete's best friend. Of course, anything that Pete would do, Harry wouldn't doubt he's doing it for the right thing. Not only that, it creates a stronger bond for not only them but the audience as well. With the bond between Harry and Peter, it becomes more impactful when they are torn apart. And experiencing it becomes more emotionally grasping. It is so simple, yet powerful, even now, as we've seen so many of the iterations of their friendship, it is damn refreshing that they act like real best friends/brothers. Well done Insomiac.

Yep. Yuri Lowenthal won me in his roles as Sasuke Uchiha in Naruto and Ben Tennyson in Ben 10. I approve as a fan of Dan Gilvezan, (Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends); Christopher Daniel Barnes, (Spider-Man TAS 1994-1998); Josh Keaton (Spectacular Spider-Man) and Neil Patrick Harris (Spider-Man TNAS 2003) from Shattered Dimensions.

me too, given where most the of the stations were placed, it would seem impossible for a regular person like Peter to reach them, but not Spider-man. and some of the instructions Harry left behind may or may not be more suited for someone like Spider-man to follow. it was always a mystery in the insomniac games until this moment whether Harry actually knew Peter was Spider-man or not, and if so, when and how? but now we have our answer

@@yeayea8226 just two years, the flashback at the start of Spider-Man 2 showed that Harry got into the Venom Tank shortly before the start of the first game. and we all know that Peter got his powers while still in High School, and as the game revealed; before Emily died. Harry would've had 8 years to hear about Spider-Man which isn't that hard to do.

Maybe it's Because once it Finds the Perfect Host, it will Try it's best to Latch on to the Host. It deems Harry to not be the Perfect Host for itself, so it tries to Behave until it has a Chance to Truly Latch on to the person that it deems to be the Perfect Host.

MJ probably found out that Peter was Spider-Man organically, and Harry never did so Peter just never told him. There's a line of dialogue from MJ in the first game where she mentions that when they were in high school Peter got sliced open with a katana during a fight with Wilson Fisk and ended up passing out half dead on her front lawn, and so she had to steal her dad's car and rush him to a hospital. I'm assuming it was a moment like that where she discovered Peter's secret identity. Harry didn't have a moment like that, and so he never knew that Peter was Spider-Man which led Peter to continue keeping it a secret.

Ngl ever since harry show his symbiote the story has been rushed, until around part of the last story, miles morales have very less screen time than peter. But nonethelss it's still a good story.

@@devin6079 tbh the part peter died actually have no weight of concequences/ no emotions i mean it is to early for him to die plus we already know that venom is in the game it's just the way he died just ridiculous just got stab and verging to death i mean he survived a lot of unhumanly stuff that we don't survive. Plus for update of my take actually when i mean by rushed what i meant there is some small part of them are rushed they're not major, everything else is your S / A tier of writting. And for miles morales i meant for the main story it's mostly peter but he got a lot of good things from the main story even this game is more focused on peter parker.
