i remember when i first ate sushi, i thought wasabi was supposed to be a sauce to dip in so i dipped it in and eat it. i couldn't breath for a couple of second. it just come out of nowhere

Have the kids/teens/people react to different types of curry(thai red or green curry, Indian curry, japanese curry, Caribbean curry, chinese curry) or they could react to different types of "cinnamon" buns ( swedish kannelbullar vs swedish vanilla buns, vs cinnabon buns vs cardamom buns with rasberries or cloudberries vs Swedish Cardamom Rolls)!

next time they should eat banchan, Korean side dishes. You are already did the regular nappa kimchi. Have them try radish and cucumber kimchi, spinach, soybean and mung sprouts, and spicy dried cuttlefish.

The wasabi they serve at most sushi places is not actually made of wasabi. It is usually made of grated horseradish and food dye.
