You’re right, but when you’re testifying against people that are facing a Rico charge for being a part of a gang that committed those crimes, you are in fact, telling on them, because they are the ones on trial and are alive and well.

@@AllHailKingRosehe didn’t “testify against” anybody. He testified on his sister and another guy who are BOTH dead. THEY said his name in 52 different murders, that’s the entire reason he even got included in the case. He never mentioned anyone that was alive and definitely didn’t mention any of the 6 that were on trial. He damn near got impeached off the stand bc he DIDNT give any information on the case they were on trial for. Sorry that was a long reply but im just saying that he didn’t testify on them and didn’t incriminate them in any way.
