The lawsuit, or the portion concerning Teflon Tiffany will be dismissed. The FBI can investigate if they wish, but there will never be any federal, state or local prosecution. Tiffany just has to do and say nothing.

Officer Myles(OM) story seem a bit shady to me. He being touted as a hero and he looking like a snake to me. IJS What conversation took place between he and AH that would make AH feel comfortable calling him about what he did/was doing to that young lady? And then it wasn't enough for him to listen to the story. No he wanted to SEE what was happening. According to OM, AH touched the young woman and and she didn't look like she was able to consent. Did he mention anything about telling AH he was wrong? Did he threaten AH in any way, shape, form or fashion regarding what AH was doing to this young woman? As a MAN AND OFFICER OF THE LAW, no matter what jurisdiction, why didn't he alert authorities to a crime in PROGRESS. Why didn't he go to AH room and beat the door down trying to wake the young lady up. He didn't call hotel security, LVPD. NOBODY to try to help this young lady. Then when he talked to the young lady he acted like he was clueless when she said she woke up in AH room... AH should've been led from his hotel room in handcuffs and he wasn't. As far as I'm concerned, OM is an accessory to the crime. And the only reason he said anything is because his job was in jeopardy....
