But Rs 5000/_ deducted from my account without any prior notice/ permission during the month of January 2024 . I am filer & in routine I submit my return. When I asked from bank why my balance is less Rs 5000/_ ? Then bank informed me it was tax on bank profit which is deducted by FBR directly from my account without any prior notice.

Reminder: My non-resident cousin has received about Rs 50 Lakh cash (inheritance) from his late father. Which was in National saving centre. He has put the same money in other Pakistani bank for a fix period of 3-years. He will come back Pakistan after 3 years to get profit. Please advise is it necessary him to file tax return? If yes which head, he need to put the main money. Thanks
