Eh, for the positions he’d have to play given his physical makeup. He appears to be too small. He’d have to be exceptionally skilled to make it, but those hits he would take would add up quickly. Not many soccer players I’d feel have a chance in the NFL. Maybe some of the defenders who are big and strong.

You can clearly see that both of these young men are superior athletes. They both could have likely played and excelled at the other sport, had they started early enough, and with the proper coaching.

That skills lab for the NFL would be top of the line screens instead of mesh, and you’d see a huge difference in quality. It’s crazy to see the money difference even when soccer is more popular internationally

That’s because the owner of the team pays for everything in soccer where in the NFL the majority of the stadium and facility money comes from tax payers. Not to mention the NFL salary cap prevents the owners from having to over pay players.. being a NFL owner is probably the best investment in the world.

Bring great at soccer has very little to do with being a great athlete. You have to have natural technicsl ability with your feet first and foremost. He could easily play rugby because of his athletic ability but you just never know if he would have the natural ability to play soccer. Its why soccer players come in all different sizes and have different levels of athleticism

@ljmolly4029 you obviously can't recognise the difference between terrible, decent and good technique. His was terrible. He is kicking the ball like someone that can't really play football. He has obviously never kicked a ball by the looks of it. And again being a good athlete doesn't always transfer to being a good footballer. It's actually why some athletic guys turn to rugby at a young age. I'm not saying he couldn't but you can't judge how good he would be based on this video of him.
