No ball control trains your subconscious to completely understand the weight and dimensions of the ball, it carries into every aspect of your ball play including weighting passes correctly, and especially in receiving long passes and crosses, theres a reason why sons academy's in korea don't let the kids shoot until years after they drill ball control all day everyday. And just look at the way son can receive passes from kane, he can kill a long ball dead with his shoulder directing it straight to his correct foot to take a shot instantaneously, he accredits that ability to the constant ball control drills he done growing up.

Proof that juggling means nothing in an actual game (everyone saying the most basic shit about ball control. Yes it can improve your control, but only in a very specific, non very game related way that has minimal carry over to actually playing football. The fact that you stand still while doing it, focusing on repetitions and not one quality touch under much harder circumstances, useless tricks that if anything fk up your muscle memory. It shows good composure, I give you that)
