The First Citizens National Poetry Slam is an annual Spoken Word Competition which is sponsored by First Citizens and is managed by The Bocas Lit Fest and The 2 Cents Movement.
Hundreds of participants from around Trinidad & Tobago go through a three-round process: auditions, semi-finals, and the grand finale to compete for the grand prize of $50,000.00 and the title of FCNPS Grand Champion.
