At 21:22 mins. you can see Chief Pfeifer. He is the guy who was with the 2 Gaudet brothers filming the FDNY in action at a Gas Leak call when the first plane struck the World Trade Centre on 9/11. It's amazing to see he is still on the job after such a traumatic event.

@9:34 That wasn't just the Police Commissioner in view. In view was also NYC's illustrious Mayor (FDNY coat and blue ball cap). I will give him props for one thing. He dresses far better than I. Hopefully they can at least recover some of the vehicles. Coverage was as great as always! Keep up the awesome work!

Best video of this event. All the news organizations failed, but they wanted only 30 seconds of something. Whoever built this trashpile apparently cut corners pretty drastically, which suggests that some city inspection personnel have paid off their mortgages early.

Great job again jj....I live,in western PA, and we have recently had parking garages closed in our area...road salt used during the winter gets deposited in these garages and plays hell with concrete and rebar!!!!! While I'm at it....a big thumbs up to my uwua brothers and sisters ( local 1-2 )... got to meet a number of them at a national convention in Cincinnati years ago, they treated me very well..which impressed me being from a small (200 member ) local. Treated me like one of their own!!! And of course, God bless the men and women of the fdny

Sorry 😢to hear that the trap person didn’t make it thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim. It looked a very tricky situation for the rescue teams . Plus looking at all the cars in their it’s going to even more difficult to recover all those cars it’s going to be a long and slow recovery using a mobile crane but the tricky part is attaching the chains to the cars . Great video Sir under different circumstances and conditions . Watching from the U.K.

First Deputy Commissioner Pfeifer!! God bless that man. He was at the World Trade Center when the first tower collapsed. He was in the other tower. Running for his life. All caught on video in a documentary! Sadly his brother Kevin died in the North Tower. He was also a firefighter! Great to see him serving again!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I heard that Chief Pfeifer had retired. He was Battalion Chief 1, September 11, 2001. He is in the video that the Naudet brothers made (9/11). His brother, Kevin, died that day. He was a Lt on engine 33.
